Boxshop Returns/Refund Policy

Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:

  • An exchange
  • A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by Boxshop.
  • A repair if necessary
  • A full refund.

If a product is not suitable Boxshop reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.

Conditions:
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
  • Boxshop will not be responsible for any freight costs.
